Based on Article 13 of the Federal Constitution of the Swiss Confederation and the data protection regulations of the Confederation (Data Protection Act, Swiss DSG) everyone has a right to privacy in their private and family life as well as to be protected against misuse of their personal data. We comply with these regulations. Personal data are treated strictly confidential and are neither sold to third parties nor passed on.

In close cooperation with our Hosting Providers we try to protect our databases as best as possible against third-party access, loss, misuse or falsification.

The following data are stored in log files when accessing our websites: IP address, date, time, browser enquiry and generally transmitted information about the operating system, resp. browser. These usage data are the basis for statistical, anonymous evaluations so that trends can be identified which we can use to improve our offers correspondingly.  

Data privacy statement for the use of Facebook Plugins (Like-Button)

Plugins of the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA, are integrated on our web pages. You can identify the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the "Like-Button” on our page. You can find an overview of the Facebook plugins here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.

When you visit our web pages, a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server is established via the plugin.  Facebook receives the information that you visited our web page with your IP address. If you click on the Facebook "Like-Button" while you are logged in to your Facebook account, you can link the contents of our pages on your Facebook profile. This is how Facebook can assign the visit to our pages to your user account. We would like to point out that as provider of the pages we do not receive any information about the contents of the transmitted data nor their use through Facebook. Data privacy statement for the use of Twitter

Functions of the service Twitter are integrated on our web pages. These functions are offered by Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. By using Twitter and the function "Re-Tweet”, the web sites you visit are linked with our Twitter account and disclosed to other users. Data such as IP address, browser type, selected domains, visited pages, mobile telephone providers, equipment and application IDs and search terms are transmitted to Twitter in the process.

We would like to point out that as provider of the pages we do not receive any information about the contents of the transmitted data nor their use through Twitter.
